Service Conditions
Clients must complete the Registration/Client profile form and provide accurate information to the best of their knowledge. Upon submission of the form, it is assumed that clients have read and agreed to the Terms and Conditions contained herein.
All massage services will be conducted at the customer’s premises on the island of Singapore. Clients residing on Sentosa or other Islands will incur additional transport charges.
The room used for massage must be clean and well ventilated.
For optimum benefit of the massage, customers are encouraged to rent our Massage Bed. However please ensure there are sufficient space for the Massage Bed measuring approximately 5’ 7” L × 2’ W × 2’ 2” H.
Please provide 2 clean bath towels and 3 clean face towels.
The session must commence within 15 minutes of the Therapist’s arrival. Any delay in the commencement of the Massage will be included in the massage period.
Extension of the Massage time, if requested by the customer, will depend on the availability of the Therapist. If the Therapist is available, additional charges will be incurred per 30 minutes extension. Payment must be made immediately upon completion of the extended period to the Company’s account.

Bookings & Scheduling
Bookings
Customers are encouraged to book as early as possible. Preferably within 3-6 months before the Estimated Delivery Date (EDD). This will enable us to reserve a slot and allocate a qualified Therapist. Last-minute bookings will depend on the availability of Therapists.
Prenatal Massage can commence 12 weeks after conception and should end preferably end 2 weeks before EDD.
Postnatal Massage for normal / natural delivery can commence 3 to 7 days after delivery. For Caesarean births, Postnatal Massage can commence 3-4 weeks after delivery.
For massage under Special Packages bookings can be made at least 1 week before date of appointment. Last-minute bookings will depend on availability of Therapist.
Scheduling
Customers are encourage select their appointment from the following time table from Mondays to Fridays
- Session 1: 9 am – 10.30 am
- Session 2: 11.30 am – 1 pm
- Session 3: 2.30 pm – 4 pm
Any session outside the above time slots will depend on availability of Therapist. Clients must inform Therapist assigned of their Actual Delivery Date (ADD) as soon as possible so that appointments can be scheduled.

Terms of Payment
Deposit / Full Payment
A deposit of $200 is payable for all packages of 3 days and above. The balance is payable upon completion of the first session.
For packages of less than 3 days, full payment is required to confirm your booking.
Refund Policy
Should a customer decide to terminate the contract more than 30 days before their EDD, 50% of the deposit paid will be refunded.
No deposit will be refunded for termination of contracts less than 30 days from the date of the EDD.
No refund is payable if a customer terminate or downgrade a contract after commencement of the package. This is because time slots have been allocated and we have not taken other clients.
A customer can downgrade a package 30 days before their EDD.The final payment will be based on the downgraded package .
For Special Packages no refund of deposit/full payment is payable if cancelation is made 3 days or less before appointment date. 50% of deposit/full payment will be refunded if cancelation is done before 7 days or more

Force Majeure
Under no event shall the Therapist or the Company be responsible or liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder arising out of or caused by, directly or indirectly forces beyond its control, including without limitations, strikes, work stoppages, accidents, act of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, nuclear or natural catastrophes or acts of God, epidemics or pandemic. If the circumstances mentioned above happens before or after, the service commencement date will be postponed but must be within 3 months of EDD.

Waiver of Liability
The Company only engaged qualified and trained Therapist. Both the Company and the Therapist will take all possible steps and precautions to ensure a safe and professional massage. The Customer hereby absolutely and irrevocably release the Company, its therapists, employees, representatives, agents or assignees from any claims, legal or otherwise, from accidents, injuries, outcomes or losses that may occur as a result of any treatment. The Customer acknowledges that the customer has read the Waiver of Liability carefully and understood its meaning. Customer is voluntarily releasing the above-named parties from all liabilities arising out of the customer’s utilisation of our services.
