Terms & Conditions

  • Service Conditions

    Clients must complete the Registration/Client Profile Form and provide accurate information to the best of their knowledge. Submission of the form confirms that the client has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

    All massage services are conducted at the client’s premises. Services are available on the island of Singapore and in Perth, Western Australia. Additional transport charges may apply for clients residing on Sentosa or other surrounding islands, or for Perth locations located more than 30 km from the nearest therapist.

    The room used for massage sessions must be clean, safe, and well ventilated.

    For optimal treatment outcomes, clients are encouraged to rent a massage bed. If renting, please ensure sufficient space is available for a bed measuring approximately 183 cm (L) × 61 cm (W) × 66 cm (H).

    Clients are required to provide:
    – Two (2) clean bath towels
    – Three (3) clean face towels

    Sessions must commence within 15 minutes of the therapist’s arrival. Any delay beyond this time will be included within the scheduled massage duration.

    Requests to extend massage time are subject to therapist availability. Additional charges apply in 30-minute increments, and payment must be made immediately upon completion of the extended session.

  • Bookings & Scheduling

    Bookings

    Clients are encouraged to book as early as possible, preferably 3–6 months before the Estimated Delivery Date (EDD), to secure therapist availability. Last-minute bookings may be accepted subject to availability.

    Prenatal Massage: May commence from 12 weeks of pregnancy and should ideally conclude 2 weeks before EDD.

    Postnatal Massage (Normal Delivery): May commence 3–7 days after delivery.

    Postnatal Massage (Caesarean Delivery): May commence 3–4 weeks after delivery.

    Special Packages: Bookings should be made at least 1 week prior to the appointment date. Last-minute bookings depend on therapist availability.

    Clients must inform the assigned therapist of their Actual Delivery Date (ADD) as soon as possible to allow scheduling adjustments.

    Scheduling

    Appointments are generally available Monday to Friday within the following time slots:

    • Session 1: 9 am – 10.30 am
    • Session 2: 11.30 am – 1 pm
    • Session 3: 2.30 pm – 4 pm

    Sessions outside these time slots are subject to therapist availability.

  • Terms of Payment

    Deposit / Full Payment

    A deposit is required for packages of 3 days or more. The remaining balance is payable upon completion of the first session.

    For Combo Packages, the remaining balance is payable upon completion of the first postnatal session.

    For packages of less than 3 days, full payment is required to confirm the booking, including any add-ons.

  • Refund Policy

    Deposit

    – If a client terminates the contract more than 30 days before EDD, 50% of the deposit will be refunded, subject to a $30 administrative fee.
    – No deposit refund is provided for cancellations made less than 30 days before EDD.
    – No deposit refund is provided if the client is uncontactable for 3 months or more from EDD.
    – Deposits are non-refundable once a package has commenced due to reserved time slots.
    – For Special Packages:
    – No refund for cancellations made 3 days or less before the appointment.
    – 50% refund if cancelled 7 days or more before the appointment, less a $30 administrative fee.

    Full Payment

    Generally, no full or partial refunds are provided after full payment has been made and session has commenced. This includes situations where the client is uncontactable or unable to complete services for any reason within 3 months of EDD/delivery date.

    The company may consider a partial refund under the following circumstances:
    – Certified medical reasons (documentation required from a registered medical practitioner).
    – Downgrading of a package (refund based on the package price difference, including massage bed rental).

    An administrative fee of $50 applies to approved refund requests.

  • Force Majeure

    The Company and its therapists shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes, accidents, acts of war or terrorism, civil or military disturbances, natural disasters, epidemics, or pandemics. Where applicable, services will be postponed and rescheduled within 3 months of EDD where possible.

  • Waiver of Liability

    The Company engages qualified and trained therapists and will take all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe and professional service. By engaging our services, the client agrees to release the Company, its therapists, employees, representatives, and agents from any claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from treatment, except where required by law. The client confirms they have read and understood this Waiver of Liability and voluntarily accept the associated terms.
